Coconut fruit dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- coconut washboard cookies - 1 pkg
How to make coconut fruit dip:
Mix sour cream with brown sugar. Break cookies into small chunks and stir into sour cream mixture just until moist. Refrigerate overnight. (Can be served with most any fruit you enjoy.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Tropical fruits, Coconut.
