Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 3 3/4
- milk - 3 c
- coconut, toasted - 1/3 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- carton whipped topping - 9 oz
How to make coconut delight:
Cook pudding in milk; set aside until cold. Combine flour, butter and pecans. Pat into a buttered 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add pudding, cream cheese mixture and 1 cup of whipped topping and mix. Pour over crust.
