Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 item
- cream - 3/4 c
- hot water - 3/4 c
- light brown sugar - 3 c
- butter size of 1/2 egg
How to make caramel icing:
Dissolve sugar in hot water. Gradually add cream. Cook to soft ball. Add vanilla and butter and beat until creamy enough to spread.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
