- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 4 item
- coconut
How to make coconut cream pie:
Mix sugar, flour and salt; add 3 cups milk gradually. Mix until thick and bubbly. Add one cup of mixture to 4 egg yolks. Mix, then return to mixture and cook a little longer. Add vanilla and coconut; pour into baked pie shell.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
