Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- cornstarch
- whole eggs - 3 item
How to make coconut cream pie:
Make pie crust for 9-inch pie pan and bake. Combine all ingredients and add a little butter or margarine. Cook until thick. Add vanilla. Let pie cool read good. Whip 1 pint whipping cream and spread on cold pie. Add small can of coconut on top of whipped cream and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
