- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 6 oz
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make coconut cream cheese pound cake:
Cream the butter, Crisco and cream cheese. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder; add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in flavorings and coconut. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or so.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
