  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 6 oz
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • coconut flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make coconut cream cheese pound cake:

Cream the butter, Crisco and cream cheese. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder; add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in flavorings and coconut. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or so.
