- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- coconut extract - 1 tsp
- Martha White biscuit mix - 1 pkg
- Martha White spud flakes - 1 pkg
How to make coconut cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and coconut extract. Beat well. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls.
