Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- 1 stick Mrs - 1/2 c
How to make coconut chess pie:
Beat eggs and sugar well with a fork. Add margarine, salt, vanilla and coconut. Pour into two uncooked pie shells. Bake 35 minutes at 375°. I heat the oven to 425° and put the pies in.
