- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- medium Cool Whip - 1 item
- small can cream of coconut - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not cream - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Bake yellow cake in sheet cake pan as directed on box. While cake is baking, mix small can of cream of coconut and Eagle Brand condensed milk. When cake is done (while it is still warm), punch holes all in cake with a fork and the pour the mixture overRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
