- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water
- oil - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- Angel Flake coconut - 2 c
- size pkg - 1 oz
- Add water, eggs and oil
How to make coconut cake:
Blend cake mix and pudding. Add water, eggs and oil. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Frosting:4 Tbsp. margarine1 large pkg. cream cheese2 tsp. milk3Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
