- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 2
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- powdered sugar
- raisins - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- cream cheese, softened
How to make carrot cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 1/2 oz. cream cheese, softened1 to 2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Grease and sugar 12 cup tube pan. Blend the first 6 ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at high speed; add remaining ingredients. Spoon into pan. Microwave 50% pRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
