- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Bake cake according to directions. Cool and split layers crosswise. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well (reserve 1 1/2 cups). Spread in between layers and stack. Add 2 cups Cool Whip to reserved portion and mix well. Spread on top and sides of cake. Put in refrigerator for 48 hours, covered.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
