Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 14
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cup milk - 1 item
  • cup butter or margarine - 1 item
  • cups sugar - 2 item
  • cups flour - 3 item
  • Add flour alternately with milk
  • half and half plus enough sweet milk to make 3 cups - 1 pt

How to make coconut cake:

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time with a dash of salt in last egg. Add flour alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Mix well. Put in four cake pans lined with wax paper. Bake at 350° until done. Cool about ten minutes.Icing:2 1/4 cups sugar
