Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 14
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cup milk - 1 item
- cup butter or margarine - 1 item
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 3 item
- Add flour alternately with milk
- half and half plus enough sweet milk to make 3 cups - 1 pt
How to make coconut cake:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time with a dash of salt in last egg. Add flour alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Mix well. Put in four cake pans lined with wax paper. Bake at 350° until done. Cool about ten minutes.Icing:2 1/4 cups sugarRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
