Ingredients/Components
- vanilla wafers - 1 pkg
- or 6 bananas - 5 item
- carton light sour cream - 1 oz
- skim or powdered milk
- Regency banana creme - 1 pkg
- box Hyde Park whipped cream - 1 item
How to make banana pudding:
Mix together banana creme, whipped cream, sour cream and milk until blended well. In another bowl, place vanilla wafers, then a layer of bananas. Spoon enough banana mixture on top to cover. Repeat process until all the mixture is used, making sure mixture is the last step. Refrigerate until ready to eat, or may be eaten immediately.Fat: 3 to 4 grams. Yield: 8 to 10 (1 cup) servings.
