- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- sweetened fresh fruit or 1 can pie filling - 3 c
How to make cobbler cake:
Melt margarine in an oblong cake pan. Mix in bowl the flour, sugar, milk and baking powder. Spread in cake pan. Spoon fruit on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
