Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- plain flour - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- fruit with juice - 2 c
How to make cobbler:
Melt butter in baking dish. Sift flour and mix with sugar. Stir in milk. Pour batter onto melted butter; do not stir. Spoon fruit and juice onto batter. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Spread top with butter and sprinkle with sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 30 mins, Cobblers and crisps.
