Ingredients/Components
- low-fat cottage cheese - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- can minced clams, drained - 1 oz
- Neufchatel cheese - 3 oz
- to 3 drops Tabasco - 2 item
How to make clam dip:
Rinse the cottage cheese in a strainer and press out any excess moisture (important). Place in a blender with Neufchatel cheese and blend until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving (at least 4 hours). Yields 2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Clams.
