  • low-fat cottage cheese - 3/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • can minced clams, drained - 1 oz
  • Neufchatel cheese - 3 oz
  • to 3 drops Tabasco - 2 item

How to make clam dip:

Rinse the cottage cheese in a strainer and press out any excess moisture (important). Place in a blender with Neufchatel cheese and blend until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving (at least 4 hours). Yields 2 cups.
