- sugar
- cinnamon
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
How to make cinnamon flop:
Beat sugar, melted butter, egg and milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir flour, baking powder and salt. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with bits of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes until center of cake is done. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
