  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • packed brown sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp

How to make cinnamon flop:

Beat sugar, melted butter, egg and milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir flour, baking powder and salt. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with bits of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes until center of cake is done. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
