  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1 2
  • powdered sugar
  • brown sugar, packed - 3 Tbsp
  • softened margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • loaf frozen bread dough, thawed - 1 item

How to make cinnamon coffee cake:

Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. softened margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla1 to 2 Tbsp. milk Spray a 16 x 10-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Punch down bread dough after it has been thawed and doubled in size. On a lightly floured surface roll dough out to a 16 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread with margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Starting with 16-inch side, roll dough tightly, pinching seam firmly to seal. Place on cooking sheet. With sharp floured knife cut roll lengthwise in half to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Lay dough flat. Cover; let rise to double. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cover with glaze.
