Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/4 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
• powdered sugar - 1 to
• brown sugar, packed - 1 c
• Crisco oil - 1 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c
• Add remaining ingredients and mix well

How to make zucchini cake:

Beat oil, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.Caramel Frosting:1/2 c. margarine1 c. brown sugar, packed1/4 c. milk1 3/4 to 2 c. powdered sugar Melt margar
