  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • cinnamon and sugar - 1 item
  • can blueberry pie mix - 1 item

How to make blueberry coffee cake:

Combine all ingredients except blueberry pie mix. Put half of batter on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Cover with pie filling. Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Other pie fillings may be used.
