Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 lb
- flour - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese biscuits:
Cream butter, cheese and flour. Roll and cut in small biscuits. Dip one side of biscuit in beaten egg (or brush with a pastry brush). Place 1/2 pecan on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
