Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt
- water - 1 qt
- cocoa
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- cumin - 1 tsp
- large bay leaf - 1 item
- dashes Tabasco sauce - 2 item
How to make cincinnati chili:
Place raw ground beef and onion in water; stir until meat separates. Boil slowly for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 3 hours. Refrigerate overnight. Remove fat. Heat. Can be served seRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Chili.
