  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1 qt
  • vinegar
  • allspice - 1/2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • large onions, chopped - 2 item
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • black pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
  • cumin - 1/2 Tbsp
  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • dashes Worcestershire sauce - 2 item
  • red pepper do not double - 1/2 Tbsp
  • toe garlic, minced or garlic powder - 1 item
  • whole small bay leaves - 4 item

How to make cincinnati chili:

Boil meat in quart of water slowly until redness leaves. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Remove bay leaves when done. If desired, add cracker meal to thicken. Serve plain, with cheese or over a bed of spag
