Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- loaf white bread - 1 item
- apples, peeled and sliced - 2 item
- brown sugar 1/4 c - 3/4 c
- eggs, eaten - 2 item
How to make christmas pudding:
Break up bread in pieces. Pour milk over bread. Put bread and all other ingredients in a baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar over top. Add bits of butter over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.My mother always baked this for Christmas. It can be eaten hot or cold. Also a dab of Cool Whip on top.
