Christmas pecans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pecan halves - 4 c
- ground cinnamon
- egg white - 1 item
How to make christmas pecans:
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Beat egg white until foamy. Add pecan halves and mix until coated.Add dry ingredients and stir gently until coated. Spread pecans on a lightly greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch) and bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
