  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda
  • Crisco - 2/3 c
  • orange peel optional - 2 tsp
  • shredded unpeeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and milk alternating with dry ingredients. Add orange peel and zucchini. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour. If using a glass pan, bake at 325° or if using a metal pan, bake at 350°.
