Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 3 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
How to make chocolate truffles:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and milk at 50% power until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. Chill for 2 hours or until mixture is easy to handle. Shape into balls. Roll in sprinkles or cocoa or nuts. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Candy.
