- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pitted dates - 1 Tbsp
- instant nonfat dry milk powder
- fat-free milk - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 sheets - 1/3 c
How to make chocolate truffles:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; add graham cracker crumbs, stirring with a fork. Stir in dates. Shape mixture into 4 (1-inch) balls. Roll balls in pecans. Cover and chill thoroughly.
