  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • sifted flour
  • sq - 4 oz

How to make chocolate pixies:

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or microwave. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine oil, sugar and chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each egg. Add vanilla. Blend thoroughly with sifted dry ingredients. Chill several hours. Drop by rounded teaspoonful into confectioners sugar. Coat and shape balls. Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°. Cool on rack and store in airtight container.
