Chocolate nut fudge

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 1/4 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• powdered sugar
• pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
• candied cherries, chopped - 1/3 c
• pecans and cherries for garnish - 1 item

How to make chocolate nut fudge:

Sift together sugar and cocoa. Combine butter and milk in saucepan. Heat until butter is melted. Add cocoa mixture; stir until smooth. Add vanilla, cherries and pecans. Spread into buttered pan. Cool. Garnish with pecans and cherries.
