Chocolate mousse
Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- pinches cream of tartar - 2 item
- bitter chocolate powder
How to make chocolate mousse:
Melt honey and chocolate over a low flame. Beat egg whites fast. Add cream of tartar and beat until egg whites are stiff. Quickly fold in chocolate mixture. Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours. Makes 3 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, < 15 mins.
