  • milk - 1/2 c
  • marshmallows - 20 item
  • heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
  • Creme de Menthe - 4 Tbsp
  • Hydrox cookies - 12 item
  • drops essence of peppermint - 2 item

How to make mint dessert:

Crush the cookies until fine. Melt the marshmallows in the milk. Add Creme de Menthe and peppermint into marshmallow mixture. Fold marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream.

Place half of the cookie crumbs into an 8 inch round pan. Pour mixture on to the crumbs. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top of the marshmallow mixture. Freeze overnight. Serves eight.
