Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- corn syrup
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
How to make chocolate fudge:
In heavy saucepan, mix all ingredients except pecans. Stir thoroughly and cook to 238°. Stir often. Cool to 170° and add pecans. Stir until thick. Pour onto a buttered platter and cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
