Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- instant vanilla pudding
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- Put layer of graham crackers on melted butter in 13 x 9-inch pan
How to make chocolate eclair pie:
Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip together until thick. Put layer of graham crackers on melted butter in 13 x 9-inch pan. Put layer of pudding mix, layer of graham crackers. Repeat until all pudding mix is used. Final layer should be graham crackers.Chocolate Topping:1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. Karo syrup4 Tbsp. cocoa3 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix and heat on top of stove until melted. Pour on top of graham crackers. Chill 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts.
