Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 qt
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- confectioners sugar
- boiling water - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
- extra large eggs - 5 item
- Lower heat and add flour to form ball
- Add pudding and rest of milk
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Boil water and butter. Lower heat and add flour to form ball. Cool. Then add eggs, one at a time. Beat. Bake in an 11 x 15-inch greased pan at 400° for 35 minutes. Check.Filling:2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese1 qt. milk2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 large Cool Whip Beat 1 cup of milk into cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding and rest of milk. Beat until set. Spread over "Cool Puff". Spread Cool Whip over filling.Glaze:1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar3 Tbsp. boiling water Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
