Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- Filling:2 small instant French vanilla pudding
- milk
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Frosting:2 envelopes Choco Bake
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make eclair ring:
Filling:2 small instant French vanilla pudding2 1/2 c. milk8 oz. Cool Whip1 tsp. vanilla Frosting:2 envelopes Choco Bake1 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. milk1 c. powdered sugar Crust: Bring water and butter to a boil, add flour to form ball. Remove from heat, add eggs. Spoon crust onto pizza pan to form ring (a square pan can be used). Bake until brown at 400° for about 45 minutes. Cool from draft. Slice in half.Filling: Make pudding, fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Spoon into circle, put on top.
Frosting: Mix all ingredients together. Frost top.
