How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 (1 oz.) pkg. Choco-bake1 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line with 1 layer graham crackers. Beat pudding and milk at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in thawed Cool Whip. Pour half pudding over crackers. Add second layer crackers. Pour remaining mixture of pudding and add top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours.Frosting: Beat until whipped. Frost cake and refrigerate for 24 hours.
