- cold milk
- white Karo syrup - 3 Tbsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- small boxes French vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 sq. unsweetened chocolate3 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup3 Tbsp. milk1 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar Put pudding mix in large bowl and slowly beat in the cold milk. Beat on low speed with mixer until pudding thickens. Fold in Cool Whip. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Place a layer of whole crackers on the bottom of the dish. Pour 1/2 of pudding mix on the crackers. Place another layer of crackers. Pour remaining pudding on top of crackers. Cover with another layer of crackers.Frosting: Melt chocolate squares and butter together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Spread over top of crackers. Chill and serve.
