How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix together pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Layer crackers on bottom of dish, then 1/2 pudding mixture, then crackers, then rest of pudding mixture, then crackers on top, then glaze.Glaze:1 c. sugar1/4 c. milk3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix and boil for 1 minute the sugar, milk and cocoa.
