Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- unsweetened chocolate - 3 oz
- graham crackers - 1 item
- pecan or French vanilla pudding instant - 2 pkg
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Line a buttered pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip.Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over graham crackers; add another layer of graham crackers. Add other half of pudding mixture. Finish with graham crackers.
Melt unsweetened chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter together. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth; pour over graham crackers. Refrigerate 1 to 2 days.
