  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • large container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • jello instant French vanilla pudding

How to make chocolate eclair:

Butter a 13 x 9 x 1-inch pan. Line bottom with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk. Let set for a few minutes, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread half the mixture over crackers; place another layer of crackers over the pudding, then add remaining
