Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- plain flour - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- Spread and pat out in a large rectangular Pyrex dish or aluminum pan
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- Add Cool Whip
- milk - 3 c
How to make chocolate delight:
Mix margarine and flour; add pecans. Spread and pat out in a large rectangular Pyrex dish or aluminum pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 300°. Cool completely.Layer 2:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. confectioners sugar1 c. Cool Whip Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over Layer 1.Layer 3:2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding3 c. milk Mix pudding and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes. Spread over Layer 2. (May use 1 can of pie filling instead: lemon, strawberry etc.)Layer 4: Spread rest of 13 ounce Cool Whip over Layer 3. Chill overnight or for several hours.
