Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts
- instant chocolate pudding
- self-rising flour
- container Cool Whip - 1/2 (13
- cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
- 1/2 sticks butter, softened - 1 item
How to make chocolate delight:
Mix first 3 ingredients and pat out with damp fingers in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325°. Let cool.Whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, then fold in the Cool Whip. Spread evenly over crust. Put in freezer until firm, about 30 minutes.
Mix pudding as directed and spread over cream cheese mix. Top with remaining Cool Whip. May garnish with grated chocolate.
