  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • chocolate chips - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • light brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • white or yellow cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes, then remove to rack to finish cooling. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
