Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Second Part:1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour1/4 c. cocoa1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. vegetable oil1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. baking soda1 c. water1 Tbsp. vinegar Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.Blend together flour, cocoa, salt, oil, sugar, vanilla, soda, water and vinegar. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Then drop first part mixture over cake and swirl through. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. Cool; cut into squares. Very moist and rich. Keeps well if you can keep the family from eating it up right away.
