Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar, sifted - 3/4 c
- miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips - 3/4 c
- regular and chocolate graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate chip cheese ball:
Beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the sugars and beat just enough to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Place the cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate again for about an hour. Before serving, roll in pecans.
