Ingredients/Components

  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 c
  • fine chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • mini-sweet chocolate chips - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate chip cheese ball:

Prepare and beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugar: beat until combined. (DO NOT OVERBEAT.) Stir in chocolate chips, cover and chill in refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll into ball and cover with plastic wrap. Just before serving roll into pecans. Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
