Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 3
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 3 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- corn meal - 2 tsp
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell deep dish - 1 item
How to make chocolate chess pie:
Blend first 4 ingredients by hand in medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; melt margarine and add slowly to other mixture. Blend well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
