- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- 5 oz
- brandy - 1 Tbsp
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Crush wafers and mix with melted butter and pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space to top. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth. Add chocolate chips and eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream; mix until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
