  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • chocolate chips - 12 oz
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • 5 oz
  • brandy - 1 Tbsp

How to make chocolate cheesecake:

Crush wafers and mix with melted butter and pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space to top. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth. Add chocolate chips and eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream; mix until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Cool on rack for 25 minutes.
